Hotel reservation for registered participants
The international Conference on Low-dimensional Quantum Materials will be held at The Cliff Lodge, Snowbird, Utah, USA.

We recommend that all participants be booked by the 10th of January. That is the cut off date for the lodging block. After that date, any rooms left on the lodging block will be released back into general availability. This group is set up to be an individual call in, meaning that all guests/attendees wanted a room will be calling and booking a room or booking on our website, www.snowbird.com. The phone number to the reservation department is 800-453-3000. Guests booking online need to use the group code, 2cc83a. If you do not use that code, the group rates will not pull up. For each additional adult, there is an additional $10 per night added to the room rate.
Resort Fee: $25.00 per room per night will be added to the guestroom charges
All rates and fees are net/non-commissionable and are exclusive of the current 11.6% Utah state sales tax.
Extended Stays: Snowbird will offer the above group rates to conference attendees wishing to extend their stay up to 2 days prior and 2 days following the conference dates, subject to availability.
Parking: Self-parking is complimentary. Each lodge has its own address, parking and entry into the resort. The following should be used for transportation and parking at the Cliff Lodge: Entry #4-9320 S. Cliff Lodge Drive, Snowbird UT 84095.
Ground Transportation: You need to arrange ground transportation to and from the airport. It is easiest to do this when you make your hotel reservation. If you make reservations by phone, just tell them you want ground transportation. If you book online, make sure to click on “Ground Transportation” under the “additional items” section.
